How to Integrate Discord with Timetics AI

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Access Integrations

Navigate to DashboardIntegrations section.

Step 2: Initiate Connection

Find the Discord option and select “Connect” beneath it.

Step 3: Create a Discord Webhook

In a separate tab, open your Discord server, go to the channel where you want booking notifications to appear, and choose “Edit Channel” → “Integrations” → “Webhooks” → “New Webhook”. Name the webhook and click “Copy Webhook URL”. The URL will look like https://discord.com/api/webhooks/…

Step 4: Enter Your Webhook URL

In the connection modal, paste the Discord Webhook URL into the “Webhook URL” field, then click “Connect”. Timetics AI validates the URL format and saves it against your workspace.

Step 5: Verify Connection

After the connection succeeds, select “Details” to confirm Discord is properly connected. You will see a status badge and a masked preview of your webhook URL. Click “Send Test” to push a sample message to your Discord channel and confirm everything is wired up correctly.

Step 6: Disconnect (Optional)

To remove the integration, open the Details view and click “Disconnect”. The webhook URL will be removed from Timetics AI and no further notifications will be sent to Discord.

Key Functionality

Once integrated, Timetics AI will post a rich embed message to your selected Discord channel whenever a booking is confirmed, rescheduled, or cancelled. Each notification uses Discord’s embed format with a colored side bar — indigo for confirmations, yellow for reschedules, red for cancellations — and includes the service name, duration, guest name and email, date and time, timezone, host, location, and any custom booking questions. Notifications are delivered through Discord’s Webhook API and are retried automatically if Discord is temporarily unavailable.

Prerequisites

  • Active Timetics AI account
  • A Discord server where you have permission to manage channels and webhooks
  • A Discord Webhook URL pointing to the channel you want to receive notifications

Notes

Discord integration is a workspace-level integration, so notifications go to one configured channel for the whole workspace rather than per user. To send notifications to a different channel, create a new webhook in that channel and reconnect with the new URL. Use the “Send Test” action in the Details view any time you want to confirm Discord is still receiving messages from Timetics AI.
