How to Integrate ActiveCampaign with Timetics AI

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Access Integrations

Navigate to DashboardIntegrations section.

Step 2: Initiate Connection

Find the ActiveCampaign option in the CRM integrations and select “Connect” beneath it.

Step 3: Get Your ActiveCampaign API Credentials

Sign in to your ActiveCampaign account, go to Settings → Developer, and copy your API URL (it will look like https://youraccount.api-us1.com) and your API Key from the same page.

Step 4: Enter Your Credentials

In the connection modal, paste your API URL and API Key into the corresponding fields, then click “Connect”. Timetics AI validates the credentials against ActiveCampaign and stores them securely against your workspace.

Step 5: Verify Connection

After the connection succeeds, select “Details” to confirm ActiveCampaign is properly connected. You will see a status badge, your connected API URL, and a masked preview of your API Key.

Step 6: Disconnect (Optional)

To remove the integration, open the Details view and click “Disconnect”. The credentials will be removed from Timetics AI and bookings will no longer sync to ActiveCampaign.

Key Functionality

Once integrated, Timetics AI automatically syncs every confirmed booking to your ActiveCampaign account as a contact. When a booking is confirmed, the customer’s email and name are sent to ActiveCampaign, which upserts the contact by email — new customers are added to your contacts list and existing ones are updated. Sync uses ActiveCampaign API v3 over your account-specific API URL with your API Key for authentication, so contacts land directly in the same account you use for your campaigns and automations.

Prerequisites

  • Active Timetics AI account
  • An ActiveCampaign account
  • Your ActiveCampaign API URL and API Key from Settings → Developer

Notes

Both API URL and API Key are required, and the API URL must be the full account URL (including the https:// prefix and the .api-us1.com host shown on the Developer page) — otherwise the connection test will fail. ActiveCampaign is a workspace-level integration, so all bookings within the workspace sync to the single connected account. Only confirmed bookings are synced; cancellations do not push updates back to ActiveCampaign, so use ActiveCampaign automations or your own segments if you need to react to cancelled appointments.
